We provide a formal process for students and public stakeholders to voice concerns regarding non-compliance with CAHSM Accreditation Standards or issues related to CAHSM\u2019s own organizational practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<h2 id=\"complaints-against-a-cahsmaccredited-program\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center is-style-heading-decor\"><strong>Complaints Against a CAHSM-Accredited Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before filing a formal complaint with CAHSM, please note that CAHSM is not a direct mediator for individual student grades or disciplinary disputes. Our investigation is strictly limited to issues where a program may be in non-compliance with CAHSM Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criteria for Filing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Target Standards<\/strong>: The complaint must specifically address a program&#8217;s failure to comply with one or more CAHSM Accreditation Standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exhaustion of Remedies<\/strong>: Complainants must provide clear evidence that they have first exhausted all available steps to reach a resolution at the sponsoring institution, including following the program&#8217;s official student grievance procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Format<\/strong>: All complaints must be submitted in writing and signed by the complainant.
